Young adult ministry

Statistics tell us that within five years after graduating high school, 75% of our youth are no longer connected with a local church. At the Trace, we aim to beat this statistic. We often find ourselves at each other’s homes, running 5K’s together, worshipping in many different ways, planning camping trips, building a disc golf course, and the list goes on. We believe that we are an important part of Christ’s church, and take it upon ourselves to do our part for those our age and others. We want EVERYONE to understand that church means community. Within that community, we aren’t only called to be present for worship and Bible class. We are called to be in each other’s lives and intertwined in each other’s spiritual existence. The Trace Young Adult Ministry wants you to feel at home. So grab a hammock and come hang with us.

ladies ministry

The Ladies Ministry at The Trace is where you will find love and support from a caring, spirit-led and fun-loving group of women. Our goal is to build lasting, real relationships with each other and with our Lord through Bible study, events, retreats and service projects. At The Trace, women are at the heart of all we do. We laugh, cry, cope and rejoice in life's moments together. Encouraged in heart and united in love. Colossians 2:2-3.

nursing home

Our goal is to give meaning and hope to the resident’s of Ridgeview Nursing Home and help them understand they are important to God and each other. Every Sunday our members lead a full church service for the residents. This very special service runs simultaneously with our worship service which gives our members more opportunities to lead and serve others. Over the years, our experiences at the Ridgeview Nursing Home have been a blessing to us. Each Sunday we witness the faith and courage that the residents display in trusting God in the twilight years of their lives. "Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day." - 2 Cor 4:16
